With several years of hands-on experience developing and managing customer relationships, I have skills in strategic account planning and execution of business strategies. I am experienced in performance optimization and continuous process improvement. I also have solid experience in resource management, project implementation and collaborative facilitation between multidisciplinary teams. My expertise covers the areas of export, international risk management, financing, insurance and project management.

I hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, a master's degree in project management, as well as a post-master's degree in executive and business in humanistic neurolinguistic programming. In addition, I am also a certified coach in Success MindsetMaps™, Holistics and Leadership mental health at work as well as training in Leadership, management skills and Strategy for executives and managers.
